Abstract

This article aims to equip 150 Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia so that they have life skills in the country where they work. Becoming an emceeing person needs to be equipped with knowledge of emceeing tasks, skills in linguistic elements, non-linguistic elements, mastering the stage, and supporting elements, namely ethics, aesthetics, personal skills, social skills, academic skills and vocational skills. Apart from that, these migrant workers need to practice emceeing by using assessment formats as needed
