The 7th International Community Service Program (PKM) with the theme “Holistic Development for Students and Teachers: Character, Health, and Motivation” was implemented to improve the quality of education and human resource development among students and teachers in Yala, Thailand. The program involved 49 participants from 25 universities in Indonesia and was conducted in a hybrid format, directly benefiting 135 students and 13 teachers at Lukmanul Hakeem School, Yala. This initiative was driven by the challenges faced by local students and teachers in Yala, including limited access to educational resources, diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and the need to strengthen character, health, and achievement motivation. Through activities focusing on character building, health promotion, and achievement motivation, the program aimed to equip participants with sustainable skills and knowledge applicable in their daily lives and professional practices. The activities were carried out using participatory and interactive approaches, both online and on-site, facilitated by experts in relevant fields. The materials delivered included reinforcement of positive character values, the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits, and strategies for fostering achievement motivation. The results indicated an increased awareness among students and teachers of the importance of character development, maintaining physical and mental health, and setting measurable achievement goals. Moreover, the program strengthened inter-university collaboration and created opportunities for sustainable international partnerships. This PKM initiative is expected to serve as a model for cross-border academic collaboration in supporting quality education, particularly in the ASEAN region, and to provide long-term positive impacts on the personal and professional growth of both students and teachers.
