Migrant workers are our resources that contribute significantly to the improvement of the economy of the country where they work who are also vulnerable to problems due to lack of understanding and knowledge related to their existence and position. The purpose of the International Community Service (PKM) is to provide strengthening to migrant workers in Malaysia, especially those under the guidance of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) Kuala Lumpur so that they can prepare themselves to solve problems and be more independent after they are no longer migrant workers. The approach used in this activity is Cross Border Empowerment as an effort to empower individuals or communities of migrant workers through cross-border cooperation to provide support, training, and resources to migrant workers, both before departure, during the period of working abroad, and after returning to their homeland.
